Check In and Check out timings are established by the company to maintain security and service protocols. Staff can thoroughly check each pet upon arrival and departure, ensuring that the correct pet is matched with the correct parent. Protocols help us manage cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently, plan our resources effectively and set routines and schedules that can help reduce stress for the pets.

Check-In Timings: 12.00 pm – 2.00 pm

Here’s what to expect:

  1. Our staff verifies parent's ID and pet's documentation.
  2. Re-confirm all booking details, pet assessment and consent.
  3. Collect pet’s belongings (if any)
  4. Process pre-payment of services opted.

Check-Out Timings: 10.00 am – 12.00 pm

Here’s what to expect:

  1. Staff ensures all services are rendered and documented.
  2. Helps with exit process and pet's belongings are returned.
  3. Staff will approach for feedback and review

Q: Is there a fee for late pickup?

A: Yes, a fee of 100 rupees per hour is charged for late pickups after the standard checkout time of Pet Hotel.

Q: Can someone else pick up my pet?

A: Yes, but they must provide their ID details to The Pet Hotel via email beforehand and will be verified upon pickup.

 Q: What if I cannot pick up my pet by 9 pm?

A: The Pet Hotel has a strict no-pickup policy after 9 pm for the safety and security of the pets and staff. If you're unable to pick up your pet before this time, you'll need to arrange for pick up the next day, and additional boarding fees may apply. Please plan accordingly and communicate with the hotel if you anticipate any issues with this policy.
